2 pears, peeled and sliced
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 cup sliced strawberries
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 medium Chinese melon
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup 150 g natural yogurt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon Ground Preparation method 1. Mix pears, oranges, strawberries and kiwi in a bowl, bathe with lemon juice and gently to soak the fruit; reserve.
2. In a bowl stir the yogurt, sugar and cinnamon.
3 .- Peel the melon, cut in half and remove seeds; pártelo regular slices. 4. Arrange melon on serving plates, place the fruit in the center and bathes with yogurt. 5. Serve at once.
